Where does the time Go

Thanks to the push from a loved one I figured I should stop procrastinating and do what I said I would and write something inspirational or interesting.  Mind you this is very subjective as it is only my opinion and therefore may not be inspirational or interesting to anyone but me.

I was thinking about writing something while trying to get to sleep last night and I thought of all these wonderful things to write - really inspiring - but do you think (now that I am actually writing) I can remember any of them. This could be due to CRAFT or Age (or maybe its the same thing in the long run).

Well first, I can't believe that the year has disappeared so quickly and that we are in April already (1/3 of the year almost over).  The 80th double birthday party has come and gone (although as one of them keeps telling me they are only 79 until May), it was such a great day and I think everyone enjoyed themselves.  Amazing what the family can pull together when they need too.  It was fantastic to see most of the family get together like that although we were missing a few which was unfortunate and unavoidable.

So here I am trying to think of something to write about, mind you it's Easter so I should wish everyone a Happy and Safe Easter Weekend or to the Atheists among us Happy Spring equinox or thereabouts. We have decided the best place to spend Easter is at home especially after seeing the traffic going North this morning, although we have to venture out on Monday which will be interesting.

Spring has sprung in the North so the rabbits are at it again

 I was looking for an inspirational quote to end on and I found a very interesting one from Audrey Hepburn which is "Nothing is impossible, the word itself says I'm possible".  It is quite amazing what a slightly different look at a word can change the whole meaning.

I think my goal for the rest of this year will be to visit my blog a little more often with hopefully something to say that others might find interesting, mind you this is almost therapeutic for the soul without knowing if someone actually wants to read it for not. 

So looking a this goal I have to apply the SMART methodology so here goes.

Specific - I can specifically do a blog on a semi regular basis - tick

Measurable - the number of blogs written in a year - tick

Achievable - Will be if I get my act together oh yeah thats why I am making this a goal - tick

Realistic - Hmmmm should be right - tick

Timely - definitely its about time I did something other than, working, knitting, photography and family history (mind you that could be source enough to keep this blog going for years) - tick.
